"U must bounce your eyes and also keep your mind in check....what i mean by bounce your eyes is when u come upon a sexual image or a girls attributes, u must bounce away immediately!! Like when u set your hand on a hot stove... If u don't, that is just enough eye juice to get your sexual drive going, which makes u start to lust, and then your viewing girls as just sex objects, not beautiful creatures of God.
