X-PLORER (GER - Obsessions, Metro, Hard:Edged, Shake Up)

2005 áttörés volt számos drum and bass producer számára, különösképp a németeknek…De itt van egy fiatalember Kölnből, aki már több mint 10 éve gyártja a muzsikákat és pörgeti azokat. Ő nem más, mint Oliver Marx alias X-PLORER! A 2005-ös évben olyan címkéken képviseltette magát mint pl.: a Matrix irányította Metro, a BSE alcímkéje az Obsessions, vagy például a DJ Wildchild által dirigált Wildstyle.
1997-ben Dee’Pulse-zal megalapították saját kiadójukat Shake Up néven, valamint ugyanezen a néven partikat rendeztek különböző nyugat-német csapatokkal.
Szerzői albumuk a berlini Hard:Edged kiadónál 2002-ben jelent meg Pleasure Principles címmel. A srácok túl vannak már 20 single és egy LP/CD albumon, de a legjobb muzsikák a pletykák szerint (pl.: X-plorer – Technology) a 2006-os évre datálhatóak.
Az experimentálisabb, mondhatni tudományosabb darabok jellemzik kiadványaikat, nyers techno és csupasz funk, szanaszéttört ütemek, az agynak és a lábaknak egyaránt motívációt nyújtva.
