5 parts favorite vodka
2 parts white cr&me de cacao

The Velvet "Chocolate Martini"
3 jiggers favorite vodka
1 & ½ jiggers Bailey‘s Irish Cream
1 & ½ jiggers KAHULA
Optional Garnish: Chocolate Curl
How to:
Put ice into a cocktail shaker (with lid); add ingredients. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass (or glasses); garnish with chocolate curl… CHEERS!
Chocolate Curl
Into bowl of food processor put hunks of semisweet chocolate. Process into fine bits and pieces.
Warm water in bottom of double boiler; scrape chocolate into top pan of double boiler to melt. Do not allow water to get too hot. Just keep it warm enough to melt chocolate.
Pour chocolate onto a slab (marble works best), but any slab of washable clean surface will do.
Allow chocolate to set. Using a cheese cutter, rake over chocolate into individual curls.
The Peppermint "Chocolate Martini"
4 parts favorite vodka
1 parts white cr&me de cacao
1 part peppermint liqueur
Optional Garnish: peppermint chocolate mint
